Well I made it to day 14. Not hard at all (probably has helped i havent been working so i have time to prep meals). I have only lost 3 lbs but i havent really worked out that much so that i may get used to the change. Now ill start adding in more routine workouts.
However for only a short amount lost I FEEL GREAT!!!! I have noticed that i have more energy, no headaches, no bloating (TMI: and it as that time of month), more focused, in the mood more
(always a bonus) and believe it or not EASY. As long as i had the food available and i did, not once did i cheat. I have tried so many diets and have lost weight but it was sooooo hard
. This wasnt at all. The days just blew by. I am continuing the induction only cause honestly after not eating all the junk im afraid to eat anything differntly. I'll do this for a month then go on the OWL. Adding slowly. My thinking is that i have an allergy to most of the items I've stopped eating so we'll see.
