Im curious. How do i know how many servings of splenda is in a 320z drink or a 12 oz? The 32oz has 4 servings, so would i count this as 4 servings of splenda?

Yes, you would count that as 4 servings of splenda.

Just a heads up, Monster Low-Carb is not a zero carb drink and isn't safe for induction. It has between 3 and 4 grams of sugar per serving. A whole 16 oz. can has about 7 grams of sugars total.Ingredients

Carbonated Water, Glucose, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Taurine, Sodium Citrate, Color Added, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, L-Carnitine, Maltodextrin, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Acid Sulfate, Caffeine, Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Sucralose (Splenda)Acesulfame Potassium, Sodium Chloride, Guarana Seed Extract, Inositol, Glucuronolactone, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Cyanocobalamin. Energy Blend: L-Carnitine, Glucose, Caffeine, Guarana, Inositol, Glucuronolactone, Maltodextrin.

        Monster Nutrition Information

Amazon.com: Monster Lo-carb Energy 16-Ounce., 27.5 LBS Cans (Pack of 24): Health & Personal Care

I'd suggest Rockstar Zero-Carb or others that have no carbs(as far as I can tell). I'd say a good rule of thumb is if there are some calories int he can, there are probably carbs.

        Ingredients
Carbonated water, taurine, natural flavors, malic acid, citric acid, sodium citrate, green tea leaf extractives, caffeine, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, pectin, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, l-carnitine, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, red #40, yerba mate leaf extract, pyridoxine HCL, blue #1, cyanocobalamin.

I think Hooters Low Carb is safe as well. There are a couple others but I will have to check my supply at home.

Hooters has a grapefruit mixed with Monster taste. Rockstar Zero Carb tastes fruity. The other ones I cannot think of right now are much closer to Monster.

        7. Don't assume any food is low in carbohydrate-instead read labels! Check the carb count (it's on every package) or use the carbohydrate gram counter in this book.
