  • Just finished my 2 week induction!!

The induction was a lot easier than i expected!! I did not have any real cravings or urges to eat anything i was not supposed to eat! I even survived my mother in laws wedding and resisted the cake and ice cream and snacked on my cucumbers and celery happily

I've lost 12 lbs so far!! (10 of that being in the first week!!!) and a total of 8.5 inches!!! (even with it being my TOM... tmi? sorry :P)

I haven't weighed this weight since 2005!! and i was a about 2 months pregnant with my first son! HA! having two pregnancies so close together def. messed up my tummy and weight, that and aging :P fun.. but they were so worth it and i am slowly but surely getting my body back

thank you everyone on this site for your encouraging words and advice!! And not to mention the amazing before and after transformations!! good job everyone-keep up the good work!
    Induction start date: 9/10/09

GW: 140 (or whatever looks best!-- heck--i was happy at 150 in my early 20's but my body has a new shape thanks to having two children!)

      Well done, Melany
      Keep up the good work

Are you moving on to the main weightloss phase of Atkins now? On OWL you will start to learn how to handle more carbs and different food to prepare you for your future as a fit and active Mum!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
