  • Mustard!!

    I am a nut about dipping my meat in mustard and mayo. I try not to do to much mayo because the last ingrediant is sugar..(Hellmans) Buttt I do have a question about musthhhtard... hehe.. the ingrediants are..
    distilled vinegar water grade a mustard seed salt turmeric paprika and spices. On average how much could I use? I know that mustard seed has carbs in it.. so, I want to know about how much I could enjoy and not go over my carb limit.

    According to fitday a cup of mustard has 13.3 carb and 8.2 fiber. So well I guess there is some limit to it (mustard mixed with mayo is great - Sorry I really like mayo )

      Also, if you like mayo you can try Duke's. It should be in your local grocery store on Walmart (ugh I know). It's sugar free and tastes wonderful. Better than the big box brands.
