OK.. I know we're not supposed to weigh ourselves in induction, but I told myself I would weigh myself the morning of Day 4 because I really was afraid that this diet would make me gain weight. (I will never get used to eating this much fat!!!!
) So I got on my scale and it read 143.9.. which blew my mind because I was on 150 Friday when I started. I thought I was going insane so I hopped on again.. and I got the same reading! My scale is ridiculously accurate.. I still thought I was nuts so I weighed some handweights.. they were right... and I hopped on again.. 143.9. OK I haven't even started Day 4 yet (it's 5:45AM here) and I've already lost 6.1lbs... and I'm scared for the health reasons. I'm VERY active.. I run 5 miles every day... could that be why this is working so well??? At this rate I'll be at my goal weight before Induction is out.. which is A-OK with me!
