    THIS IS TO ANY ONE WHO CAN HELP ME???????!!! hey i hope u dont mind i am buying the book but if u dont mind being the book til i get it? i have a few more questions?
    what if i only eat once a day i usually eat more in the night yet i try not to mow down alot lol! also i drink coffee and tea why is it bad? i am prolly going to stop but i need to know why? also i wanted to be down more by mon which is my last day of induction all tho i may continue cuz i need to get back in the 170s bracket!
    also waht do u suggest 4 workout again? i was taking karate and my instructor fell off the face of the earth hope he ok yet know calls 4 3 weeks and i paid but in the meantime what is fit day and all that? can u give me ur normal workout routine that u do so i can do it in my house? funds dont really allow me to get out to fitness clubs etc! so any thing to help me! like jumping jacks whatever reps u do how long of a work out? stuff like that so i can follow!!!!!!!!!!

    Shalisa I am moving this off to the induction forum since you are not introducing yourself but asking questions.
    Have you checked our FAQ. It will have many answers to your qustions.
    You should not go 6 waking hours without eating. Starving yourself and then gorging is not Atkins.

      That's not good Atkins.

      It's not water! Also, caffeine isn't recommended ... though many don't ever give it up.

      It's a stimulant for one. Caffeine can impact your blood sugar, and keeping your blood sugar stable is one of the goals of Atkins.

      I think that's a pretty common feeling ... people always want the weight to be gone overnight. Trouble is, your body will lose at the rate it will lose.

      www.Fitday.com is a free website that many use for tracking their eating. It's a tool.

      Where's the vegetables? It's not Atkins without the vegetables!

      I do hope you get a copy of the book soon!

        so sorry for not introducing myself! i thought thats what our profiles are for! i am really new to this site and didnt realize everytime i have a question i am to introduce myself! where is the rule book 4 this one? again real sorry i will not visit this part of the forum again!

          Shalisa it was not a big problem.
          You posted your question in the spotlight forum. The spotlight forum in for introductions. Specific questions we post all around the board.
          Not everyone who comes here will know how the board works and that is fine. That is what us moderators do - we move a few things around now and then so that everything is in order.
          Not a big deal what so ever.
