  • Down 8 lbs my first week!! So happy :)

    I did a double take on the scale this morning, I just couldn't believe it!! I've worked so hard this first week to do everything right and workout everyday and drink tons of water. I'm super motivated for this new week and plan on following the rules to a T, even my hubby wants to start it It takes full dedication and I never thought I could be so dedicated in my life to a diet, but I'm determined for this to not be a diet, to NOT be something I fail at again and again, this WILL be my WOL from here on out. Thanks for listening
    28 yrs old/5'7"/Started again 01/04/10 (start BMI 30.4)

    1st Major Goal: Hit ONEderland ~ MET 09/26/09!
    2nd Major Goal: Wear my size 13 favorite jeans by Feb 21st, we go to Disney for my daughters 5th day.
    3rd Major Goal: Waist under 35"
    4th Major Goal: 159, this is when my BMI reaches normal weight range.

      Great job!!! Off to a good start, don't look back its all down hill from here. It gets alot easier as it goes along trust me....




      Started this diet on Sun 4/26/09

      50 lbs gone on Sun 9/27/09

      Well its been over a year now and I am currently on maintenance and still trying to adjust to the "new" ME. No major struggles to report, just livin' day to day.

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
