    Starting over!!

    Well its a new month and I guess I can say, I didn't do so well last month.
    I got through a clean Induction and lost 10lb after that I fell off. So here I go again!!! Wish me luck !!!

    It's great that you came back! Just make sure to identify where you went off-track, and what you think caused it. Don't think of it as a failure - think of it as a learning experience you'll keep for the rest of your life!

    Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
    Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!

      youthink thats bad. lol this is going to be my 5th time around and I DREAD The induction flu.

        So much for today! Tomorrow is another day! If I can fight that sugar (And everything else I shouldn't me eating) monster, I could get this bus moving.

        I am cool I got this! Waaaaaa.......

          Can you just get rid of products with sugar or are there others in your household that need it?

          I'm slipping off track as we speak though I can't figure out why yet. No excess sugars/carbs but still gaining weight/inches and eating way too much food. =/
