This is my third day, and I've already noticed a tremendous improvement in sleep. I've never thought I had sleeping problems. I've been known to drink 2 Red Bulls at bed time and go right to sleep. I'm not sleeping MORE, but the quality of sleep is unbelievable. A good three hours after waking, I still feel this unfamiliar "rested" feeling, almost like a buzz. When I woke up this morning, I felt as though I was actually waking. I never realized that I usually only feel as though I'm opening my eyes. Is this something the rest of you have experienced? Is this because of cutting the caffeine, or is it because of the diet? I've cut caffeine before, and don't ever remember feeling like this.
Also... it seems my heart is beating harder. It's kind of a weird feeling, and I wonder if that is because of sugar withdrawal. I used to get palpitations very often, and I've noticed those have actually stopped, but in place, it seems my heart is pumping harder. I exercise regularly, and my heart is healthy, I just wonder if others have experienced this.
