  • Please help...day two :(

    ok I just had lunch, 2 salmon muffins from Linda's site, mayo and a salad with Vin and oil dressing. I am hungry, craving something sweet or a pcs of gum...

    I am also so tired today....

    HELP
    Eat something that is high fat, if you are hungry. High fat foods include cheese and eggs. The worst thing you can do right now is eat something sweet.

    By the way, what did you have for breakfast?

      There was eggs in the salmon and on my salad. I also had a crap load of mayo on the salmon...

      Breakfast was Quishe with cheese and ham, coffee with cream at 930

        drink water. Exercise ? Eat a pickle. Do something to get your mind off of it. You can do it.

          Yep yep yep... I agree. Hold off try your darndest to make it though the first four days. The sugar cravings will subside I promise.
          Find something carb friendly...

          P.S. watch the mayo...make sure there is no sugar in it.

            The cravings will get better! You just have to work through it.

            The first four days when I started induction I lived on pork rinds for my snack when I got the muncies and then finally it all went away....

              Sugar is the devil, I used to have cravings before, but you have to find to way to make them stop for life. Eat more healthy food, have a heavy breakfast..it should fill you up for hours, try eggs with loads of veggies in them with butter and cheese. and make sure you drink alot of water. dont eat artificial sweeteners as well because they will just make you crave sugar more. YOu have to believe you can do it for it to work.
