  • day six, cheat free, and feeling so good!

I'm going to weigh myself in the morning but I feel so motivated!

I want to encourage anyone starting induction (this isn't my first time around) to make sure you read the book and keep all your foods induction friendly. It is so easy to just add this or that in and think you are staying within the right about of intake for the day but there is a reason not to eat them at first during the first two weeks. Give yourself that right start to a great program!!

I know we can all do it!!

    highest weight 360lbs
    started atkins 315lbs
    current weight 295lbs
    first mini goal 275
    second goal 250

    Induction started Sept 30/09

Going to succeed, one day at a time!!!!!!!
