Ok. So I'm going to school to be a pastry chef. I'm around sugar and flour and carbs all the time, and I have to make sweets everyday I have class.
I've been cheating a little and trying what I make to make sure it comes out good. Will this mess up ketosis? I think I just started it cuz I've been peeing like a race horse and I've been waking up with leg cramps. But I don't want it to severely mess up my weightloss.
SO my main question is, what will totally mess up ketosis? will my trying my food in class really mess everything up?
