Day 3 of induction, 5 pounds lost!

I know its early, but im super motivated! WHOOHOO. Celebration will be at the Meat Club, all poultry is on me tonight! hahaha

highest weight 360lbs
started atkins 315lbs
current weight 295lbs
first mini goal 275
second goal 250

Induction started Sept 30/09

Going to succeed, one day at a time!!!!!!!
