  • fell on my face again and again and again...

    i'm failing miserably. everyday i cheat and ive been binging for months now. i need some serious support, i want to get back on track.

    Have you thought about talking with a therapist to find out what's really going on?

        Are you doing a really really strict induction? I mess up on OWL sometimes but I had a really clean induction and I am losing slowly but steadily. Make sure you are eating enough fat, especially in induction.

        Visit these forums daily. That helps a lot

          Getting organized is key. The first few days you will eat more than normal but after that ... wonderful ketosis.

          Pack your lunch, exclude extra induction ONLY foods in case you need them and you will be back on track in a few days!

          You can do it!!!

            Motivation and determination first of all has to come from within, and the people around you can support and encourage your decisions. You first need to find out what is setting off your binges, if you really want to do this you can and will!!

            started atkins 315lbs
            current weight 295lbs
            first mini goal 275
            second goal 250

            Induction started Sept 30/09

            Going to succeed, one day at a time!!!!!!!
