I'm hoping for a ten pound loss...but any loss is good. Since I have a lot to lose I'm choosing to stay on induction longer. I'm not finding it too hard or restricting, I'm eating more than I ever have! that is the biggest thing is to take the time to make your food and lose the convienient drive throughs etc.
I'm getting a lot of what do you mean you eat butter? fried chicken wings? hamburg??? cheese?? so many skeptical people that don't understand the science behind it....well the proof is in the pudding...not that I'm eating it! LOL
