    Carb Nightmares!

Hey everyone! This is day 3 for me (on induction, of course) and I'm loving it so far. The worst part so far, by a long shot, is the awful nightmares I had ALL night long last night about being tricked and forced into eating carbs!!! I hardly ever have nightmares, let alone nightmares about food. I think it's more funny than anything, and I'm curious to see if anyone else has experienced this and if this is a common induction experience.

The only nightmare I remember is being at a mexican restaurant with friends and not realizing until after the meal that the soft shell tortillas were not induction-appropriate! I know there were others, though, because each time I woke up and had that couple minute window where I could remember something, I thought to myself, "Oh geez. ANOTHER ONE?!?" Dreams can be so silly .

That's a pretty common dream for many!

Glad to know I'm not the only one! Fortunately, I had only a couple carb nightmares last night. I still dreamed about food all night, but most of the dreams weren't scary. So, I'm guessing this is a temporary thing. Thanks for the feedback, ladies!
