Jetta...if you've been craving sweets, you need to examine what you're eating that is triggering that and not look for a way to feed the sugar cravings.

You can solve the problem, or you can gloss it over by feeding the sweet tooth with something legal.

      frankenthoughts

Desperate for candy? - It is a frankenthought. Something to shed along with frankenfoods. What did all that junk
ever do for you anyway? Release the thought and be free from it.

Candy is not an appropriate food choice on induction.
Or for anyone recovering from carb addiction.

Even if it is made with induction friendly ingrediants there is
always the danger of losing portion control.

Would one ever be enough? Why cave in to a psychological crutch?
Go make yourself a mock danish.

      1 egg
      1 ounce of cream cheese
1 dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice
      1 packet of splenda
      1/4 teaspoon of almond flavoring
1/2 teaspoon of flax (if troubled by constipation)...

I nuke it at 125 - let a little butter melt on top - it is yummy!

(if craving chocolate, I would add a teaspoon of sugar-free coco powder
      to it...)

As Moochicat has said - induction is the best time to kill that sugar monster within you asking to be fed!!
When you feel the sweet tooth biting first have a long glass of water to see if that helps and if the feeling still persists have a legal snack with fat and protein.
Retraining our tastebuds is one great benefit of this WOE.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
