I am right here with you sweetie! Lost a good amount of weight a couple of years ago. Fell off the bandwagon (okay - I completely jumped off the bandwagon). I weigh more now than I have ever weighed in my entire life. I am dedicated, now, to putting my life (and body) back on track.

You can't beat yourself up about what is in the past. You can only look forward to the future - that is what you can control. ;D

    Restart -10/18/2009 - 204.6 lbs (UGH!!!)

    Goal 4 - 170
    Goal 5 - 160
    Goal 6 - 150
    Goal 7 - 140
    Goal 8 - 135
Goal - To zip up current pants without sucking it in-10/25/09
Goal - To need a belt/roll waistband of current pants
Goal - To wear the next size down - 11/13/09
Goal - To wear the next size down - without a muffin top!! 11/18/09
Goal - To wear 'those' jeans (ya know - the ones in the back of the closet, hidden under a winter coat)
    Day 13 - wine free/ cheat free

Cursing is not constructive. Do you know what caused you to cheat?

Every time someone comes back after a cheat, the complaint is the same: the pounds came back overnight. The only solution is not to cheat. "Cheating" is something that is part of dieting. When you eat "normally", I'm sure you aren't cheating with <insert food>, because there simply is no such thing as cheating when eating that food is your normal way of eating. When you are dieting, cheating implies going back, temporarily, to your "normal" WoE, because dieting is an abnormal state. Since Atkins is not a diet, but rather a way to eat for life, it should be your "normal" way to eat. Hence, there should be no such thing as cheating. There is Atkins Land and pre-Atkins Land and, if you are determined to make Atkins your "normal" WoE, then all the bridges between the two lands should have disappeared once you crossed over in Atkins Land.
