I only lost 2lbs last week, compared to 14 the fist week but that's okay. I am going to stay on induction for another week and see how it goes.

Keep up the good work!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Just finished week 2!
14 the first week, WOW !!! You do realize that added to the +2 pounds means 16 pounds in 14 days, right? That's outstanding...
When I'm staying on track (like now), and I have a 1 or 2 pound loss in a month even, I try and remind myself that I would be crying and pounding my fists if those losses were gains. Even no loss means no gain. As the saying goes, it didn't come on overnight, don't expect it to leave overnight. I say this because you sound almost "disheartened" and I would hate to see you leave this WOE (way of eating), especially when you have such a great start.
Keep up the great effort...MAY 2010 Challenges

Re: Just finished week 2!
The first week you lose a lot of water, too. Once that is gone you are losing fat only, so don't expect big losses like that first week. It will slow down quite a bit now and at this stage a lot of folks even have a complete standstill for a couple of weeks. Just stick out this slow period and it will eventually pick up again.
