    my bones ach alot,,, help

    Hi guys,

    i have just joined the board, i am on the 12 day of induction and lost around 3 kilos, it is grat coz my wieght is very near my noraml i need still 6 kilos to be perfect!!!!

    the problem is that my bones ach sooo much that i was not able to sleep for the last 2 days! it is really bad ..> my hips thighs and legs>>>>

    i know that you call it induction flu. but i need some information about it..

    does that mean i am burning more fat?
    i have been in this pain for 3 days now, is that dangeoruse?
    shall i stop?


    please help, i am very happy comfortable with the diet (other than the pain) and very happy about the results!

    i do not want to stop,,,, please advice if it is better to eat carbs for some days and go back to atkins...

    Please see a physician. Bone pain isn't a part of the "Induction Flu". So please see a physician about this.

      Are you sure its your bones and not your muscles? Between the diuretic affect and drinking so much water, its not uncommon to have a slight electrolite imbalance. Dr. A suggests taking a calcium, potassium and magnesium supplement in this cae.

      2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
      3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
      Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        Go see a doctor. It is possible that your change in diet made some underlying problems emerge. You would want to know.

            Are you exercising and is exercise new to you? Is it a bone ache or a muscle ache or a cramping? They could all be caused by different things.
