What does drinking alcohol do to your body if your following the Atkin's...I'm still in the induction phase and was doing good but last night I had a few beers...I tested my ketosis today and it shows I'm still in ketosis...What possible damage did the beer do to my diet?

I don't know about he beer but you certainly did damage to the diet by having the beer. Induction means to follow the rules.
Dust yourself off. Find your resolve. Stick to rules. If you want to lose, you should make a deal with yourself and be in charge of your choices.

The sticks are caused to change color by the by-products of alcohol metabolism.
