I know i haven't had many posts but i wanted to say thanks for the input i have gotten. this board has contributed so much to my success (even lurking is motivational) yesterday was my last day of induction and i have lost 10 lbs. i do have a confession though, i did not work out much during the past 2wks which leads me to wonder had i taken exercising as serious as i have eating would it have been 15lbs maybe? oh well i can only move forward from here right? i DID get up today and tae-bo , i feel great too. so for now i will be moving on to extended induction for another 2 wks. good luck to all!!!! michelle (oh yeah i made clouds, they should be ILLEGAL! i made them for hubby and he's gonna have to take them to work cause i LOVED them and i am afraid i could eat a whole batch!!)

HEY MISSMICHELLE congrats on your weight loss.10Lbs :yikes wow it great! I bet you feel so good.Im on Day 9, and so far lost 6lbs and i really want to make it to 10.I would be so happy with that.I think it such an achievement! you should be so proad of yourself.Dont put yourself down about the exercise, you can only try your best. Maybe just learn from that and in extended induction try and put some walking into routine.Little by little it will help.
OHHH clouds are dangerous teritory, ive stopped making them as id eat them all at once.Im terrible! but by saying no your proving to be even better as this WOE!
Good luck for your next few weeks
