Hello everyone!
I'm new to the site and am planning on starting my Induction today! I need some help though.
I am allergic to eggs! Well, more specifically, I'm allergic to eggs on there own, meaning I cannot eat scrambled eggs, omelettes, hard-boiled eggs, etc. But I can eat things that have eggs cooked into them. It's weird, I know, but I just cannot digest eggs on there own.
What are some things that I may be able to make myself for breakfast? Are egg substitutes ok?
Also, I snack a lot during the day and often do not have a solid lunch routine. What are some induction friendly snacks to carry around with me? Usually I have cucumber's or red peppers with me (other than non-induction friendly items
)
I feel totally lost in this process. I understand the acceptable foods, Ketosis, and the Atkins process, but when it comes to meals I feel to lost.
Any help or tips will be greatly appreciated!
Have a nice day
