    :wave Farewell my friends, my induction has ended, I will be moving to the Extended Induction, Thanks for all the support...I couldn't have done it without ya'll :hug

    I didn't loose as much as the first time I did induction, but hey I didn't gain either....8 lbs isn't bad... :yes ...But since I have started the gym I should start to see some more improvements :joy
