  • Restarting for the LAST TIME

    K i fell off last month and gained everything back plus more. I hoping to be able to stay on track this time...and in the process learn better stress management skills because i have realized when i get stressed...i turn to food and thats not good. So today I restarted induction and i im definitely feeling the effects already lol

    Welcome back! Be sure to join us in the STAC club, its named the Second Time Around Club, but many of us have started 2,3,4 or more times (hopefully for the LAST TIME as well).
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight
    (Next pic at 187)






    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      Hope you do well this time.You need strong willpower,set your mind to it and remember you control what goes in your mouth so be in control.

        213 - 50% of the way to goal - Met October 21, 2009
        Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
        180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
        163 - No longer obese______
        136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

          Welcome back on the Atkins train
          Make sure you work out now how you are going to resist the temptation to eat off-plan when stress hits you the next time.
          Having a strategy can help you make the right decisions when the dreaded 'forgetaboutit' thoughts come into your mind in those stressful situations.

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
