I'd like to prepare Shrimp Scampi by sauting garlic and butter and then adding about 1 cup of white wine, reducing for 10-15 mins and then add the shirmp. Im going ot serve this with a side salad and sautee zuchini. Is this induction friendly?
I know wine isnt introduced back into the diet until rung 5 or 6, but what about using it to cook and cooking hte alcohol off. TIA
