Sorry no pics or anything yet, cuz i still dont feel photo worthy. I took them for myself, but not for you guys hahaha. But today was my last day on induction and i weighed in at 286 lbs. NOT BAD considering i started induction at 306. THATS 20 LBS in 2 weeks. I am going to continue on induction untill i reach about 250 lbs or less and then switch over to OWL. I have a lot a weight to lose still. I must say too, im a culinary arts student and its very hard to go to class and cook all day and only try/eat the foods on the induction list, but i still didn't even try a piece. So im doing my best!!!

Congratulations!

I would really recommend you switching to OWL sooner rather than later.
Getting to maintenance and learning how to keep the weight off means you need to spend time on OWL.
You need to learn what foods work for you.
Most of your weight should be lost on OWL.

Re: Last Day of Induction Results
It's not a matter of being "bad" ... make sure you read Chapters 12 and 13.
So many people stay on Induction too long ... they're comfortable with the losing ... they don't have a problem with the food. Then "the stall" happens ... and they get afraid to move ahead ... the thinking being if they can't lose on Induction, how will they lose on OWL?
When in reality, more food often does the trick!
Many people have lost 100 pounds or more on OWL ... which is where you should lose most of your weight.
How do you think an extra 5 net carbs of Induction vegetables will hurt you?J.

Re: Last Day of Induction Results
I plan on doing an extended induction since the book does say that you can if you have a considerable amount to lose; however, I am already wondering what it is going to be like to be loosing considerably and then upping your carb intake and end up stalling out.

You're likely to end up "stalling out" by staying on Induction too long, too.
It happens ALL the time.
How much do you have to lose? And how long do you plan to do Induction for?J.

Wow!! What a great start, Rich
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
