
so i went to a party lastnight, stuck to eating cheese..had a few chips..didnt have a piece of cake....but i did alot of walking yesterday so im not being too hard on myself. i didnt have a single candy bar, bag of chips etc. from the kids halloween loot
today, strictly protein and veggies. i'll count yesterday as day one, but will extend one day if i really need to. i probably kept the carb count under 30 yesterday because i really truly didnt over induldge with the chips etc. I made a wonderful cream of mushroom soup tonight, it was delicious. my body says im in ketosis ( i had some sticks here for when i was testing urine for sugar, so once these are gone i wont buy anymore) I truly am in the right mindset for weightloss this time around. My husband is getting me the biggest loser for the Wii. I do a 30 to 40 min work out on the wii every day, it's become a family thing. my butt is so sore from the step class, and my MII is getting smaller as i lose weight lol. any recipes for sweet tooth would be appreciated. while i can normally manage the cravings, TOM is soon upon me and im craving the sugar..even though i always use splenda. i have made the mock danish a couple of times, it's pretty good. thanks for all your support, it truly is a blessing to stumble upon this forum
