    Canned meat

    Can i eat canned meat with 0 carb and 0 sugar?
    Do you guys bring lunch box to work?I bought a box of green salad (no dressing)and a can of Hormel corned beef yesterday,is it ok for induction?
    How about canned tune as well?

      Some canned meats will be fine but on the whole they tend to be very salty I have found. As J suggested - you need to check the ingredients to make sure nothing nasty and chemically is lurking in the can
