  • Day 1 :- staying the course.......

    Well title says it all , its day 1 and im staying on track , so far so good i know the first few days are the hardest but am prepared xx
    anyone else starting anew today feel free to chat or message for support. I


    Fem. 5'6. 29yo. Hypothyroid, sahm

    SW : 210lbs June

      Hi there! I'm restarting today too, and although I know the first few days are going to be tough, I'm sticking it out. You will too We'll both start feeling better and losing weight before we know it!

          So how did your first day go, folks?

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

            Went good! Stuck it through, although the kids' Halloween candy was calling my name... I just put in ear plugs and had a boiled egg instead.

            On to day 2!
