    Hello all!

    Just wanted to pop in and say today is my restart! I let a very painful breakup derail me, but I'm back and ready to lose that weight again!

    Cooking up some bacon and eggs as I type I'm looking forward to losing the bloated feeling, to not being hungry all the time, and to feeling better about myself.

    Oh... and I promised myself that I would only weigh once per week, and no more than that. I was weighing every day last time, it just depressed me.

    So, Monday morning weigh ins, and that's it

        Thanks Georgiana It's good to be back

        I'm so anxious to start losing this water weight - the ankle I broke back in July didn't swell at all when I was on plan, but it's gone right back to being huge and uncomfortable. Can't wait!

                Day 2 of Induction, and considering how often I was in the bathroom yesterday, I think it's safe to say I'm flushing out the water quickly

                        Welcome back! I got derailed too with some awful stuff this past year, so I know the feeling. However, we are both back and ready to kick some of those pounds to the curb! No sense looking back. Just look forward!

                        In my experience the craving for carbs goes away within the first two weeks. Headaches usually last the first three to five days as your body switches over. You sound like you are doing a good job with your water intake. Are you taking vitamins? In addition to a good multi-vitamin, you might want to take L-Carnitine, Chromium Picolinate, and CO-Q10 to.help regulate and control your blood sugar.

                              On to day 4 now, I went wild last night and had a small truckload of homemade buffalo chicken wings using the Franks Hot Sauce and butter. Oh they were soooooo good! I need to be careful though, as I could eat those till the cows come home. I am really looking forward to the appetite suppression part of Ketosis. I think last time it took about 2 weeks for it to kick in. I hope that's a normal amount of time!

                              No idea what my weight is, hopefully it's going down though. I'll find out Monday
