  • day 3- down another 1.5 #

    wow. my body is obviously in weight loss mode. My Wii fit tells me how much i lose. i find it more accurate than my bathroom scale because it's a more stable board. i have a WW body fat analyzer board, but depending on how i lean, or where it is, it can be off by 1 to 3 #!!

    i had a quiche muffin for breakfast
    snack- boiled egg
    lunch i had a caesar salad--yummm....and can you guess....an EGG!!!
    supper i am making meatballs, eggplan spaghetti, and im going to have a bit of sugar free jello and whipped cream.

    Im probably going to do half an hour of wii fit tonight...i just got my biggest looser game, so i want to do that as well, but since im in the wii fit challenge I have to keep going with the wii fit!!

      im still sweating from the 19 minutes i literally just put in in order to count towards the wii fit challenge...before i go on the biggest loser!!! lol.. good to know i guess i should have read the rulese better!! i had meatballs tonight, made a sweet and sour sauce from tomato paste, splenda and cider vinegar..it was good. i had eggplant, i cut it up in strips and steamed it a little in a pot...put lots of tomato paste and spices on it..i ended up breaking up some of the meatball and putting that in my mouth with a bit of eggplant..im not an eggplant fan, but i'll get there eventually!! i made tomatoes, grilled in olive oil and spices and melted mozzarella cheese on them under the broiler..bit of half salt...delicious!!! i weighed the cheese tonight, and a piece i cut off expecting that it would be 5 or 6 oz...was actually 2.4!!! so i've been overestimating and not eating the full 4 oz of cheese, which is good. kids and hubby had hot dogs...those damned hotdogs lmao.

                          those dont look very appealing... thanks for the info..
                          now im giggling at myself. i just did the biggest loser, my shirt is soking wet i had such an intense work out!!! nite everyone...have a successful day tomorrow.

                            i cant eat them, book says snow peas...so i think the ones in my fridge may be the fresh version of the picture j sent me...

                            ok, so i guess i have to figure out a different snack for work, thanks for mentioning it and making me double check. appreciate it.

                              Snap peas would be perfectly fine tracey - you can eat the peas in the pod snow or snap - they are really good. I eat some almost everyday (but always with some fat)
