Can I just say that I love oopsie bread? Because of oopsie bread I no longer feel like a freak eating with my family...alone and breadless? Some of my meals didn't work out like the fried jicama incident but then I have successes like oopsie bread and I feel like "yeah I can do this"!

Re: Oopsie Bread
Did you beat the egg whites until stiff? That's the most common mistake people make.Originally posted by tracyc View Postwhat is oopsie bread?? i tried making the egg buns, but they didnt turn out
Megs posted on her blog a different method to cook them: M for Miscellaneous: Atkins Revolution Rolls: The Best Cooking Method"Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: Oopsie Bread
i have a big kitchen aid mixer, i'll have to get it out. the mixing blade in the magic bullet made the cream into whipped cream lastnight..so i'll give this a try first. im feeling like a sandwich..oh..i found sugar free bacon!!!! woohooo... but it's 9:30 so i wont be having that tonight, it's too late.

Re: Oopsie Bread
i just made the bread...i wish the recipe said it was going to become 3 times the size of the bowl i put it in!!!! soon as the heat stopped though it deflated lol. maybe because i added more egg white and a bit of cream of tarter... i'll make it EXACTLY like the recipe says tomorrow to see if it makes a difference.

Re: Oopsie Bread
Thanks for posting the link to Meg's instructions on cooking a smaller portion in the microwave, Georgiana!
I knocked up 2 small rolls to take with me tomorrow in no time, and without having to get my bowl mixer out (and clean it afterwards)
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
