i started atkins induction in early october of last year and i've lost about 30 lbs, and continued to try to stay on induction until i was closer to my goal weight, but some thing happened and i started slacking with counting the carbs. i haven't gained any weight but i haven't exactly lost either. i decided a couple weeks ago to start a clean induction again but didn't stick to it...i haven't been eating anything sugary or startchy and i haven't been consuming many carbs but i haven't exactly been doing induction the way it should be done either. i guess i've been doing low carb but i haven't been doing Atkins the way i was in the beginning. So i decided today for real that i need to get back on induction and start doing what i was doing when i was actually losing the weight! then i think instead of trying to stay on induction i will move on to OWL so i don't get bored and start slacking again. i am doing it 100% pure this time no caffeine or sweeteners! i have to stick to it this time. my short term goal is to be 129 by may 4th (my birthday) and the only way to do that is to get my butt back on track! so today is my first day of a clean induction...wish me luck!

congrats on your decision to return to induction the correct way. Once you have control of your sugar impluces and your ketosis going you can move to OWL for more variety of foods so you will not be tempted to cheat again.
We never ever have to do 14 days again once we have done that 14 day program as you already have your CCLL estimate # and your type of resistance too.
