    ... fried chicken wings are totally acceptable

    I am so thrilled about this, I can barely sit still

    Chicken wings, with Franks Hot Sauce and butter, with a little Ranch dressing for dipping, and raw celery on the side. Life doesn't get much better than this.

            Yes, as long as it's not made with sugar ... and the crust (if any) is Atkins friendly.

            I wouldn't recommend it on Induction ...

                    It's using up a lot of carbs that could go to vegetables.

                    It's not getting rid of one's "sweet tooth".

                    Or maybe we're talking about something other than "dessert" cheesecake?

                          how do you make it? im curious...
                          i know it's not recommended for induction, but im curious, and i might try it anyway since i dont have a sweet tooth, and im not eating a whole lot right now anyway.
