Depends on what it is marinated in and how it is sauced. If your brisket contains all induction legal ingredients, then you should be fine. Be careful if you are unsure though.

It's from a place here in Santa Fe called Josh's BBQ. All their meat is sauce free...you put the sauce on to your liking. But Brisket seems to be a no no on a lot of other diets but it sounds like it is a good choice for this one
