We are not on induction but our meal would have qualified tonight.
We had corned beef fritters (slices of canned corned beef dipped in beaten egg and fried in beef tallow) with some boiled zucchini and half a cup of grilled cherry tomatoes.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Bf's day off so he is in charge of dinner. He's got pork, red&green peppers, onions and mushrooms marinating in caesar salad dressing and he's going to bbq them! :yummy He'll also do a few skewers up with cherry tomatos and give those a quick grill too.

I like a dip/sauce with it, like tzatziki, but we don't have any, so I'll just use blue cheese dressing.

Grilled chicken lettuce salad - have a church function tonight, and they are only serving tavern, baked beans, chips, and pie. I had do something else ahead, or I might have been in trouble.

Pot Roast with Gravy and Mashed Cauliflour -

I put my roast, 3 cans of "College Inn" Beef broth ( it has Zero carbs ), a small onion, and seasonings into a plastic oven roasting bag and let it cook for 3 or so hours. When I take it out, the broth has condensed quite a bit, it is dripping with juices and flavors of the roast and onion. I add that broth to a small skillet, add 6 tablespoons of heavy cream ( it is a 3 day meal ), and let it reduce down - it thickens nicely! I don't eat the onion, I just enjoy the flavor it produces.

I then make the mashed cauliflour, and top both the roast and cauliflour with the beef gravy. YUM! :icondance
