Help! I'm starting week two. The first 4 days I lost 7lbs, now nothing should I do anything different. I have eaten sugar free jello during phase 1. Is this how it works?? Thanks for any suggestions.

Sugar free jello is allowed during Induction, but you need to count it towards your daily sweeteners... which are limited to 3 servings daily.
But that doesn't make jello a good choice. Nutritionally is junk... and you are only feeding your sweet tooth by eating it. Breaking your addiction to sweets would be better for you in the long term."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Honestly I have not made up a weekly menu I count my carbs. at every meal. This harder than I thought it would be. Since this is week, two for me I decided to join the site and try to get some tips to improve my program. Yes, I am a sugarholic L

2 link sausage & 2 scrambled eggs
Spinach & cube steak (leftover dinner)
Taco salad w/ beef & cheese
