    Help! I'm starting week two. The first 4 days I lost 7lbs, now nothing should I do anything different. I have eaten sugar free jello during phase 1. Is this how it works?? Thanks for any suggestions.

    You mean you haven't lost weight in 3 days? That's perfectly normal. It's not realistic to expect weight loss daily.

    How works what?

    Sugar free jello is allowed during Induction, but you need to count it towards your daily sweeteners... which are limited to 3 servings daily.

    But that doesn't make jello a good choice. Nutritionally is junk... and you are only feeding your sweet tooth by eating it. Breaking your addiction to sweets would be better for you in the long term.

        I don't know what you are doing now. If you post a typical menu, including quantities and net carbs, we can take a look at it.

            Spaghetti squash tastes nothing like pasta to me...

            Just like zucchini tagliatelle taste nothing like "real" tagliatelle.

              Honestly I have not made up a weekly menu I count my carbs. at every meal. This harder than I thought it would be. Since this is week, two for me I decided to join the site and try to get some tips to improve my program. Yes, I am a sugarholic L

              My menu for today

              2 link sausage & 2 scrambled eggs
              Spinach & cube steak (leftover dinner)
              Taco salad w/ beef & cheese

                As I've said in my previous post, it would be better if you could write quantities and net carbs.

                And did you check the ingredients in those sausages?
