It doesnt even feel like i'm on a diet! I'm pretty sure I am doing things properly but since i just started induction i will post my menu for all to scrutinize
Breakfast-large bottle of water, multi-vitamen without iron, 2 large slices of bacon and 2 eggs.
Mid-morning- 2 deviled eggs (only using mayo/mustard, about 1 tbsp mayo and a drop of mustard just to flavor) more water....
Lunch - Medium sized salad (About 1 1/2 cups total) lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, cheese, and dressing ( 1.2 carbs in the dressing) and some shredded ham on top...even more water....
Dinner - Havent ate yet but I am thinking a nice steak and some cabbage and cauliflower and maybe a glass of coke zero :X
Lots of yummy food and it just doesnt seem proper!
If it is right then i <3 this diet.

No more dry rice cakes and salad with no dressings!!
