    Hello.....could someone tell me please if feta, brie and camerbert cheese is allowed during induction. I like to roll them up with some spinach in a flattened chicken thigh then wrap the whole thing in bacon and bake it is sooooo yummy.
    Starting induction monday so just want to get thing clear and straight before I start so I don't make any mistakes.

    cheddar
    cow, sheep and goat cheese

      Though Brie and Camembert are not actually listed in the induction list, they are an aged cheese so would be 'legal'. Your chicken dish sounds really yummy!!

        Feta is an aged cheese too (from sheep and goats' milk)
