    Drink more water.

    Eat some more vegetables.

    Of course, without knowing exactly what you're eating now, it's hard to know why you might be dizzy ... but generally when people report that, they're not eating or drinking enough.

        Dizziness can also be a symptom of low blood sugar. How many calories are you consuming? Are you eating something (with veggies!) every few hours?

          I experienced that a couple of times over the past several months, sort of out of the blue and felt fine otherwise. Both times I realized I had only had maybe 5 carbs thus far throughout that day, and it was early evening. Both times I assumed I might have low blood sugar and so I ate a tiny bit of something with some carbs in it (I don't even remember what, I think once was a spoon of peanut butter maybe) and had a glass of water and felt better within a few minutes.

          It serves as a good reminder to space out your veggie carbs throughout the day, at least in my case.
