Okay, it started with the mushrooms at red lobster but I swear I didnt know about the bread crumbs till after, then there was the piece of cheese cake (atkin friendly) but then I had a second piece. Feeling bad about myself all night, tried to do right by myself today but then I had 2 reeces cups, 1 fast break and 1 piece of a kit kat. I have no idea why I did this after being so good for 10 days!!!! I guess I will try to start fresh tomorrow.

hi.
it's tough, move forward, learn from what you did. if you beat yourself up you are going to go through the same pattern you always have, get depressed and binge. So. Remove the junk from your house if you are tempted. Every time i got tempted, i drank a huge glass of water, and took 5 of my metamucil pills.. fiber which we need anyway, and followed it by a hot cup of tea. this will make the fiber pills expand quicker and fill you up. then i went and brushed my teeth and washed the dishes...keep your hands busy!! As long as you learned from it and you arent here next week saying you did the same thing. Guilty feelings dont make it ok, but learning from it is valuable!! dont eat out anymore for a while, you arent ready for it obviously..and i would stay away from sweets because you're obviously addicted.
good luck with the rest of the week. remember OWL run 1, you get to add more veggies, so you could continue on to that if you want to eat more veggies to fill you up more. I dont think you need to start induction all over again because of it.

Why are you allowing yourself the rest of the day to not feel good about your choices. You may be setting yourself for a downward spiral that is near impossible to recover from.PHP Code:I guess I will try to start fresh tomorrow.
You recognize you made a mistake last night. So admit it, forgive yourself, and learn from it.
One of the best explanations I will paraphrase is, If you got a traffic ticket for a mistake for driving, would you say oh well, I got a ticket so I'm going to break the law all day?
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back on track.

Not getting back immediately is a very common mistake. It leads to a lot of sliding and failure so yes like Kntrylady says - get back this very moment.
