  • aged cheese

hello, just started the diet 3 days in and was wondering what is meant by aged cheese? i have some 20 month mature cheddar cheese, is this classed as "aged" as on the back of the pack it says the carb content is only 0.1g per 100g. is this ok to eat.

    thanks in advance.

      Oooh that sounds tasty, Dave

I usually get a mature cheddar as you get more flavour for the 3-4 ounces than the mild ones!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
