    New Day, renewed self strength to finish induction. I think I am going to go on extended induction on Tuesday when my 14 day induction is over and still give it my all.

    Mini Goal #1: 220 met 11/9
    Mini Goal #2: 215 (go for a new cut)
    Mini Goal #3: 210 (There will be dinner at The Melting Pot)
    Mini Goal #4: 205 (Buy a new pair of unnecessary shoes)
    Big Goal #1: 200 by New Years 2010 (Vegas Baby!!!)
    Underarms 17
    Chest 43.5
    Ribcage 41.5
    Waist 48
    Hips 52
    Upper chest 42.4
    Thigh 31.5

    You only have a little over 40 pounds left to loose. OWL Rung 1 is an additional 5 net carbs of vegetables.....it will keep your weight loss going while adding more variety. Don't stay in induction too long, many people find (including myself) that it didn't help a bit to stay on extended induction.

      I agree with Carole, staying on induction longer than the first 2 weeks is not always the best idea

      We see many people reporting that their losing increased once they moved to OWL.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
