Thank you for all your advice when i have needed it
it has helped alot. i have read the book and feel i know what im doing better now.
I weighed in this morning at the end of week 1 - When i started i was 232lb's - This morning i am 225lbs

I have an eliptical machine at home and before atkins i could only do 10 maybe 15 minutes max!!! yesterday I did 35mins and today i did 41 mins and i hope it only adds to my weight loss in this second week.
My energy levels are amazing and i am sleeping at a normal hour now instead of early hours in the morning. Another good thing is i am not spending so much time online during the day as i was, im alway up and about doing errands etc.
I look forward to gaining more knowledge from this board.
