I started just a little bit before you, on 11/15.

Today makes 14 days. Overall I have lost right at 19 pounds. I have a long way to go, so I have decided to stay on extended induction for now.


I'm just going to try my best to work the program and take it day to day.

Don't be afraid of OWL! Last year, I lost 5 pounds on Induction - I lost 10 on OWL!

Man, just the nut rung alone makes it awesome - a little snack of almonds a day is just heavenly!
