    Hi there Miliem and welcome!
Yes, flax seed is allowed in induction as long as it's used as a fibre to help with constipation. If you don't suffer from that, then you should wait until the nuts and seeds rung of OWL.

If you do include flax (ground), then start with a small amount (maybe one tablespoon). Only increase as needed. Remember to drink lots of water with the flax meal or it could end up having the opposite effect!

Cool recipe! Nice to see it rather than just read it. Take care with the carbquick and/or almond flour... neither of those are induction friendly. Not too long to wait until the right rung of OWL though.
I think the recipe would work quite well without the carbquick/almond flour.

          Nope.

          From the USDA database:

1 tbsp flax seeds, whole ........... 0.17 net carbs
1 tbsp flax seeds, ground ......... 0.12 net carbs

i saw a great recipe in yyoutube on how to make a flax seed bread which was 0 net carb
Doesn't have 0 carbs. If the ingredients have carbs, the bread has carbs.
