    Day 14 -

Today is Day 14. Feeling great.
Down 3, 4 or 5 lbs, depending on the day.

I feel like I lost more. But would like to see more on the scale. Hopefully that will catch up soon. I'm not very hungry most of the time, But getting in at least my 3 meals a day.

Planning on getting back to the gym tonight - at least on the treadmill there for now. Hopefully that will help too.

I'm going to stay on Induction for a little longer, before moving to OWL.

I drink all my water, have my salad, eat a veggie, and plenty of fat and protein.
Hope to see more gone soon.

Congrats on your weight loss! Reaching the end of Induction is a true accomplishment!

Are you measuring? Measuring your hips, waist, thighs, etc. will show you your real progress when the scale lets you down - that's why you feel like you lost more (because you lost inches)!

Why are you staying on Induction? You still will lose weight on OWL and you get so much more variety of foods there! I can't wait until I have have some almonds as a snack (yum)!

      Congrats!

      Why "a veggie"?

      And why stay in Induction?
