:anger I made a mistake and ate some candy bars, the little miniature ones, but i ate a lot and my ketosis sticks are still turning purple! Does any one know why that is? I know I shouldnt have dont that but it didnt knock me out of ketosis so that is the up side of a bad thing.

Perhaps it hasn't caught up to you yet.
Think about why you ate the chocolate...what do you think triggered you to eat it?
Regardless of what it did or didn't do to ketosis, it's surely messed with your blood sugar and caused you to hop back onto the roller coaster of sugar highs and lows, so think long and hard why you chose to do this.
Was it because there was no legal food handy? Were you bored, or upset? Dig into this and try and understand what happened, so that you are prepared the next time this sort of situation comes around. :yes

also take responsibility for what you choose or don't choose to eat...it isn't a mistake or you didn't know...you chose to put that candy bar in your mouth...being accountable makes you accept that this is all in your control and you can do this WOE. drink your water...keep eating the right foods and it should be just a small bump in the road...good luck!32yr old Female
