    Restarting Induction Phase 12/7/09

    Restating Atkins tomorrow 12/7/2009. I stated the Atkins diet in 1999 and had great success. I am looking forward to the same great success this time around. I am looking to my ADBB family for support.

    First goal- 175lbs
    Second goal-150lbs

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
